Affiliate Disclosure

Transparency matters. This page explains how Soccer Orator earns money, what affiliate relationships we have, and the firm rules we follow to keep our content honest.

How we make money

Soccer Orator earns revenue primarily through affiliate marketing. When you click certain links on the Site and then register an account or place a bet with one of our partner bookmakers, we may receive a commission. There is no additional cost to you when you use our affiliate links — the price you pay (your stake, the odds offered) is identical whether you arrive via our link or directly.

We may also earn revenue from:

  • Display advertising.
  • Sponsored content (always clearly labelled as such).
  • Newsletter sponsorships.
  • Direct partnerships with bookmakers, fantasy sports operators, or odds-comparison sites.

What an affiliate link looks like

We typically use language like “Bet on this match at [Bookmaker]” or “Claim a bonus with [Bookmaker]”. Most affiliate links open in a new tab and use the rel=”sponsored” or rel=”nofollow” attribute, which is the Google-recommended way to disclose paid relationships.

What our affiliate relationships do NOT change

This is the part that matters for your trust:

  1. Predictions are independent. Our match previews, statistical analysis, and tips are produced by our editorial team without input from any bookmaker. We never accept payment to predict that a specific team will win.
  2. We don’t tip a market just because a partner offers it. If a particular bookmaker’s odds are poor value, we say so or recommend a different market.
  3. We don’t hide losses. Our Track Record page logs every published prediction, including losing tips. We do not retroactively delete or edit losing tips.
  4. We disclose paid placements. Any article or section paid for by a bookmaker is clearly marked “Sponsored” or “Advertisement” at the top of the content.

The bookmakers we work with

We only enter affiliate partnerships with bookmakers that:

  • Hold a valid licence in at least one major regulated jurisdiction.
  • Offer responsible-gambling tools (deposit limits, self-exclusion, time-out features).
  • Have a documented complaints and dispute-resolution process.
  • Pay out winnings reliably and promptly.

We may decline or end relationships with operators that fail to meet these standards, regardless of the commission they offer.

A current list of our affiliate partners is maintained internally. If you want to know whether a specific bookmaker mentioned on the Site is one of our affiliate partners, email editor@soccerorator.com, and we will tell you directly.

Your responsibilities

When you use an affiliate link to register with a bookmaker, you become that bookmaker’s customer. You are subject to that operator’s terms, privacy policy, and KYC checks. We do not control:

  • The odds the bookmaker offers.
  • Whether the bookmaker accepts customers from your jurisdiction.
  • Welcome bonus terms (which often have wagering requirements you should read carefully).
  • Withdrawal speeds or limits.

Always verify that betting is legal where you live before opening an account.

US Federal Trade Commission compliance

For US visitors: in compliance with the United States Federal Trade Commission’s 16 CFR Part 255 (“Guides Concerning the Use of Endorsements and Testimonials in Advertising”), we disclose that this Site uses affiliate links and we may earn a commission when you act on them.
